Τhe Supreme Council of the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Law 4653/2020, as amended and in force, and the specific provisions of the applicable Ministerial Decision, submits recommendations on:
(a) the methodology for the allocation of 70% of the annual state funding to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), based on objective criteria;
(b) the methodology for the allocation of the remaining 30% of the annual state funding to HEIs, based on quality criteria and performance indicators reflecting the quality and achievements of the institutions; and
(c) the overall proposal for the allocation of the annual state funding to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
